Beauty Background : I have been a professional makeup artist for 12 years and a licensed hairstylist for 5. I started working as a makeup artist in 2008 and that was truly my introduction to the beauty industry. After 8 years working as a retail artist I decided to pursue a career as a hairstylist, and got my license in 2015. I currently work as a full-time hairstylist in my studio located in Arlington, VA. Clients ask me all the time whether I love hair or makeup more and honestly, it’s a 50/50 split. When it comes to bridal, I feel honored to be part of their special day, and helping bring their vision to life.
Career highlight : Working with Anna Wintour (editor-in-chief) for Vogue Magazine and Steven Tyler of Aerosmith.
Current favorite bridal beauty trends : Glowy skin and shiny hair!
Top three products/tools I can’t live without : OUAI wave spray, AIIR professional Texture spray and a 1.25 curling iron
Guilty pleasures : 90s rom-coms and chocolate
